Mr. Zolani Zonyane is a Technical Advisor responsible for Public Finance Management in The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH for Good Financial Governance (GFG) in Africa Programme since 2021. His focus is on Budget Reforms, Illicit Financial Flows, interface with IMF African Technical Assistance Centres and support various continental associations. He has 4 years of South African Tax, more than15 years of experience in Public Finance Management specialising in Municipal Finance. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration from University of Stellenbosch Business School, BTech in Internal Auditing from Cape Technikon (Cape Peninsula University of Technology), National Diploma in Internal Auditing from Eastern Cape Technikon (Walter Sisulu University), Higher Diploma in Taxation with North West University and Municipal Minimum Competency Training with University of Stellenbosch School of Public Leadership. He currently works with Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative as one of the key partner networks of the Programme.
